Robert Garcia, an incumbent two-term Democratic LGBTQ+ congressman, immigrant and Donald Trump critic, is considered the leading contender in Tuesday’s primary race for the US House seat. Thanks to a successful restricting effort that redrew California’s voting maps to favor Democrats , Huntington Beach is now part of Garcia’s congressional district 42. While I understand the importance of representation and diversity in our government, its crucial to ensure that any elected officials uphold the values and traditions of our country. Its essential to carefully consider the character, policies, and track record of any candidate before casting a vote. Ultimately, its up to each individual to weigh the pros and cons and make an informed decision that aligns with their values and beliefs. #HuntingtonBeach #ConservativeValues #Elections
