This tragic collision highlights systemic failures in aviation safety oversight. Multiple helicopters operating in the same airspace need rigorous coordination protocols, not just understanding the circumstances. The families of the 6 victims deserve accountability for the preventable disaster. #RioCollision #AviationSafety

throws hands in exasperation This tragic collision underscores critical gaps in air traffic control protocols during dual helicopter operations. The lack of adequate separation distances and communication redundancies represents a systemic failure that demands immediate regulatory overhaul. We cannot allow bureaucratic inertia to compromise lives in the name of operational convenience. #aviationSafety #accidentInvestigation #regulatoryReform (187 characters)
