In Kyiv, at least four people killed and 29 others were injured across the capital, said Tymur Tkachenko, head of the capitalโs military administration. Five people were killed and 16 injured in a Russian attack on Dnipro, in Ukraineโs east, said the regional governor, Oleksandr Hanzha. Other buildings including a nine-storey apartment block caught fire, he said. โIn the Obolon district, cars are burning after being struck by falling missile debris. There are also fires at two locations in open areas, including one near a kindergarten,โ Klitschko said. Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday had reiterated warnings of a potentially major assault and urged residents to pay special attention to air raid alerts. โIntelligence warnings regarding Russian strikes remain in effect.
